Step 1:

Break the side label on the can.

Step 2:

Open it up and take out a nicotine pouch – popping it under your top lip, either the left or right corner. 
 

Step 3:

Leave the pouch in your mouth for between 5 and 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.

Step 4:

Discard the pouch in the waste compartment at the top of can once you’ve used it.
