Please note that the return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In case of exchanging the product, the reshipping is covered by our side (after the returned products are received and inspected by the warehouse).

However if you would like a delivery refund we can attempt the claim of compensation with the courier Royal Mail to see if your claim is applicable. However if the courier does not approve of your claim we are unable to provide you the delivery cost refund.
